This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases of prform's digital services and downloadable content. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Nature of Our Product

prform provides AI-assisted workout plans, guidance, and related digital content (collectively, the "Service"). Because our content is made available immediately after purchase, refunds are limited as described below to prevent misuse.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) upon verification.
  • Accidental Purchase (No Accessed Content): If you contact us before generating/downloading any plan or accessing paid features, we may grant a refund at our discretion.
  • Technical Issues on Our Side: If a verified technical fault on our systems prevents you from accessing paid features and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment account or card was used fraudulently, contact our payment processor and us immediately. After investigation and confirmation, we may refund or advise next steps.
  • Local Consumer Rights: Where applicable law grants you mandatory rights (e.g., EU/UK cooling-off for digital content prior to access), we will honor those rights.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are generally not available after you have generated, downloaded, or substantially used the digital content (e.g., accessing AI-generated plans, PDFs, or premium features).
  • Change of mind after substantial use of the Service.
  • Misuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Inability to achieve a specific fitness or health outcome, as outcomes vary by individual and adherence.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Email us at support@prform.fit with your order email, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
  • Step 2: We may request logs or screenshots to diagnose issues. Please respond within 7 days to keep the case active.
  • Step 3: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method via our payment processor.

We aim to process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days; bank processing times may vary.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, your access may be suspended during investigation. We reserve the right to dispute unfounded chargebacks with evidence of delivery and use.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Local mandatory consumer protections apply where relevant; where local law conflicts with this policy, local law prevails for consumer protections.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
